                                  • Costa Rica maintains the requirement for the mandatory use of masks, the protocol for washing hands and taking temperatures, as well as compliance with health protocols for each tourist activity.

                                                    Passengers & Crew

                                                    • Fully Vaccinated Passengers & Crew members must:
                                                      • Have a COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing that they were fully vaccinated. 
                                                      • Have a completed "immigration pre-check" must be submitted at most 10 day before departure at https://prechequeo.inm.gob.hn.


                                                    • Allowed vaccines: Janssen (Johnson & Johnson), Moderna, Pfizer/BioNTech, Oxford/AstraZeneca
                                                    • Fully Vaccinated means: Passengers have two doses of most vaccines or one dose of Johnson & Johnson with at least 14 days after receipt of the final dose.

                                                    • Unvaccinated & Partially Vaccinated Passengers & Crew members must:
                                                      • Have a negative test results for a PCR COVID-19 test taken less than 72 hours before entry into Honduras.
                                                      • Have a completed "immigration pre-check" must be submitted before departure at https://prechequeo.inm.gob.hn.


                                                    • In transit Crew are exempt from any COVID-19 requirement as long as they remain at the airport.

                                                      Mexico will no longer have any travel restrictions that were imposed due to the COVID-19 pandemic.  There are no entry restrictions in place.

                                                      • The Federal Civil Aviation Agency has implemented the following measures:
                                                          • Use of face masks is mandatory at some airports and public places.
                                                          • Temperature screening in place.
                                                          • Crew must advise ATC if any of the passengers on board display symptoms of illness.
                                                      • Limited hours of operation at some airports, confirm services availability in advance.

                                                      PANAMA

                                                        Passengers & Crew

                                                        • Vaccinated Passengers and Crew Members must:
                                                          • Present a digital or physical full COVID Vaccination Certificate, showing that they received all required doses of a COVID vaccine approved by the WHO, FDA or EMA at least 14 days prior to their entry.
                                                          • Present a completed Electronic Health Affidavit (in physical or digital form) "Declaracion Jurada de Salud" upon arrival. The form can be obtained at Registro Paco Viajero - Panamá Digital (panamadigital.gob.pa)


                                                        • Allowed vaccines are: Pfizer/BioNTech, Oxford/AstraZeneca, Sinovac, Sputnik V


                                                          • Unvaccinated Passengers and Crew Members must:
                                                            • Present a negative COVID-19 test (PCR or Antigen) within 72 hours prior to traveling to Panama or be tested at the airport at their expense.
                                                            • Present a completed Electronic Health Affidavit (in physical or digital form) "Declaracion Jurada de Salud" upon arrival. The form can be obtained at Registro Paco Viajero - Panamá Digital (panamadigital.gob.pa)


                                                          • Passengers under 5 years of age are exempt from performing any type of test if their parents or guardian comply with the complete vaccination scheme or have a negative test (antigen or PCR).
                                                          • Passengers over 5 years of age (national, resident or foreigner) who enter by air, land or sea must have the complete vaccination scheme or at least two doses of the vaccine against COVID-19
                                                          • Passengers who do not provide a negative test result, are subject to a test upon arrival at their own expense. If it’s positive, they must quarantine for 14 days at a hotel at their own expense.   If the results are positive, the traveler will be placed under a mandatory 5-day quarantine in a hotel. The cost of the stay must be fully covered by the traveler.


                                                                • In transit Crew and Passengers are exempt from any COVID-19 requirements as long as they remain at the aircraft.
